Il Centro Cipack promuove e sviluppa ricerche, servizi di consulenza scientifica e formazione per la filiera dell’agroalimentare e meccanica/ impiantistica proponendosi come interlocutore privilegiato per le imprese e il pubblico nell’ambito del packaging innovativo.
I pilastri sui quali si basano le attività di ricerca del Centro CIPACK sono:

Il CIPACK si propone di promuovere e coordinare attività di trasferimento tecnologico quali:
- Approfondire le tematiche di ricerca su imballaggi primari secondari e terziari
- Sviluppare ricerche nel settore del confezionamento di prodotti alimentari, cosmetici, farmaceutici e del settore health-care
- Approfondire tematiche relative alla fabbricazione e/o trattamento dei contenitori per alimenti e per prodotti farmaceutici e cosmetici
- Sviluppare nuovi materiali di confezionamento e migliorare la shel-life dei prodotti confezionati
- Svolgere ricerche su problematiche relative a materiali in contatto con alimenti e farmaci, durante tutta la filiera produttiva e distributiva
- Spaziare su tematiche connesse al packaging, quali la logistica distributiva
- Promuovere la sinergia tra le diverse competenze scientifiche e tecniche dei partecipanti al fine di raggiungere un livello di eccellenza nel settore
