Il Centro Interdipartimentale per la Ricerca Industriale Edilizia e Costruzioni dell’Università di Bologna fornisce una risposta alla domanda di integrazione tra le istanze del mondo dell’impresa, della produzione e della ricerca, fornendo il supporto scientifico e tecnico per promuovere l’innovazione nel settore dell’edilizia e delle costruzioni.
Le competenze vanno dalla sicurezza strutturale e sismica, all’efficienza energetica, alle prestazioni acustiche, alla durabilità e sostenibilità dei materiali e delle tecnologie, alla valutazione dell’impatto di opere civili e idrauliche sul costruito esistente e sui beni culturali.
L’esperienza acquisita e la riconosciuta competenza su tutti gli aspetti della filiera dell’edilizia e delle costruzioni sono messe a disposizione di soggetti privati e pubblici per lo sviluppo di soluzioni tecniche innovative, l’ideazione e lo svolgimento di progetti nazionali e internazionali, convenzioni di ricerca ad alta innovazione e certificazioni di prodotti innovativi secondo linee guida.
