SITEIA.PARMA è il Centro Interdipartimentale sulla Sicurezza, Tecnologie e Innovazione Agroalimentare dell’Università degli Studi di Parma, accreditato alla RETE ALTA TECNOLOGIA – Ambito A. Laboratori di ricerca industriale e trasferimento dei risultati scientifici e tecnologici.
SITEIA.PARMA è un laboratorio di idee, progetti e analisi per l’innovazione, la competitività e il trasferimento tecnologico dell’industria agro-alimentare e meccano-alimentare.
Il Centro svolge attività di ricerca, trasferimento tecnologico e consulenza tecnico-scientifica per le imprese in tre ambiti:
- Sicurezza e Qualità degli Alimenti: metodi per valutare qualità, sicurezza e tracciabilità delle materie prime e dei prodotti finiti; valutazione del rapporto alimentazione-salute
