Fondata nel 2009, la società consortile Mister Smart Innovation rappresenta un esempio virtuoso di Public Private Partnership.
Con sede nell’Area della Ricerca CNR di Bologna, Mister si occupa di ricerca industriale e trasferimento tecnologico. Per le sue attività Mister è accreditato alla Rete Alta Tecnologia dell’Emilia-Romagna come laboratorio dal 2012 e dal 2019 anche come centro per l’innovazione.
Mister supporta start-up, PMI e grandi industrie a livello regionale, nazionale e internazionale fornendo soluzioni custom per lo sviluppo di sensoristica industriale e ambientale, illuminazione, machine learning, computer vision, additive manufacturing e progettazione 3D, tecnologie per la salute, nanotecnologie per biosensori, materiali innovativi e altro ancora.
Mister dal 2017 è soggetto gestore del Tecnopolo Bologna CNR, che ha sede nelle strutture dell’Area CNR di Bologna e dell’Area delle Scienze di Parma.
